We have indoor toys, pack n play, safety features including baby gates, and outlet covers, as well as a water table and an outdoor playset complete with a mud kitchen. Just a 5 minute drive to town for all your needs and a 10 minute drive to the beach. The space Our home has one large bedroom upstairs with a king size bed and a walk in closet with attached private bathroom, as well as one smaller bedroom with twin trundle bed/or can convert to king bed, 1 pack n play, and a hallway tub bathroom. The upstairs also has a fully functional kitchen, a more formal living room, a dining room, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Downstairs we have a bedroom with two twin size beds and a closet. We also have an entertainment room/playroom downstairs. Outside we have a deck with outdoor furniture, bbq, large yard with playset and a mud kitchen as well as an outdoor shower on the backside of our house. Guest access You will have access to all of the property and house except for a couple storage closets and garages that we use for storage. No charging of EV on garage. Other things to note There is a fire pit, barbecue, and beautiful porch for relaxing. We also have a baby gate to separate the kitchen and to block off the stairs on the deck for child proofing.
