The space This room is small (👉about 9 square meters), has a double bed and a private bathroom. The room is located below the terrace. We offer an equipped kitchen for the exclusive use of residents to prepare their own meals and a terrace where it is possible, in addition to admiring the beautiful view, to socialize with the other residents of the house. Guest access The terrace has a small pool and a beautiful view of downtown and Guanabara Bay. The terrace is a living and leisure area for residents.
