Enjoy and relax at this large home, shared with the owner and a small dog, in the middle of lots of attractions (Valleyfair, Mystic Lakes Casino, Mall of America, etc) and nearby many restaurants, stores and lakes (one beach on Prior Lake is 1.2 miles). You'll have access to the full lower level living sp + 3 priv bedrooms & 2 full bathrms btwn lower & 2nd floor+ shared spaces on main lvl. Share the backyard w/a pond which is why I fell in love with my home. And I've greatly remodeled to enjoy. The space My place is quiet yet in the middle of many attractions like the Mall of America, Mystic Lakes Casino, ValleyFair, and Canterbury, plus many restaurants and stores. In the winter I'm about 5 miles from Buck Hill where Lindsey Vonn got her start. My home is 4000 sq ft, of which you'd have access to over half of this... and is open with much space even when sharing space with me and my smaller dog Bodie. I have a large pond in the back that I love listening to the water fountain in the summer; my home is also a great space for dog lovers under 40 pounds. Please read over the spaces I have available and note that 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom in the basement plus many other areas to share on all 3 floors. If you're looking for a 4th bed note that its a pullout sofa bed in the basemet rec room. Guest access You'll have access to 3 nice sized priv bedrooms (one in basement and two on 2nd floor with 2 queen and 1 full-size beds described in the rooms; a 4th queen sized sofa bed is also available if desired but not ideal), 2 full bathrooms (priv in basement, upper one rare chance of sharing). Shared but primarily your space include: full basement living area with gas fireplace (I'd only rarely use to access other areas of my home), and a basement walkout to a shared outside patio space all overlooking a pond with a fountain. I have cable TV with a couple hundred channels plus Netflix if you have an account. The basement has a regular sized refrigerator/freezer, wet bar area, a small fridge and microwave too, but the alcohol is off limits (owners). Shared space on main level: large main floor kitchen (for cooking meals beyond what the basement microwave can provide), dining room, outdoor deck, the 3/4 bathroom on main floor, living room near front door (but not family room where TV is on main level or office), and laundry room if needed. Pets under 40 lbs are only allowed in the large basement living room area and in passing on the main floor (if over 20 pounds please have on a leash when walking across the main wood floor on a leash to avoid scratching; thus isn't needed in the basement where you'd likely spend your time) An alarm system is in the home that you can choose your own code after booking.. this will also be used for your unique combo to unlock the door. You may also utilize the outdoor spaces and grills if you ask for help (the pellet grill needs to be operated a very specific way). The pond fountain is on a timer and relaxing to sit and listen to in the summer. My only ask is to be respectful of my home, property and space and I'd do the same. People I've had stay in my previous home have found me hospitable and courteous. Also for dog lovers.. for rare times I'm not home and my dog is. Bodie is new to me (Dec 2023) and is well socialized, playful and quiet... and shy at first. We also have a nice quiet neighborhood that we'd like to keep it that way. If you have more people let's talk as I have additional blow-up beds so may be a strong possibility depending on the timing and needs During your stay I will likely be around quite often to help with questions, needs and suggestions, etc. I'm COVID vaccinated and work from home, but don't require guests to be vaccinated Other things to note Prior to arrival please choose a 4 digit number to use for the front door entrance and for the Ring alarm system. Please also read the house manual and rules before arriving, to know what is expected, where to park etc
