It's a cozy bedroom in a single-family house that comes with a spacious closet and basic furniture. You will be sharing the bathroom/kitchen/laundry with two other clean guests. You have access to all utilities including high-speed wifi. House vibe is very quiet and a nearby gym membership will be covered for you as a gift :) The space The location is amazingly good! It is also within walking distance to Hillsdale Caltrain station while being close to 101, 92, and tons of restaurants on 25th Ave and San Mateo downtown. Across the street is a newly remodeled community that has loads of companies like SurveyMonkey, Guidewire, OpenText, BlueBottle, etc. It's a cozy bedroom in a single-family house that comes with a spacious closet and basic furniture. Your privacy is guaranteed. Feel free to use the kitchen, which has all the essentials like a fridge, microwave, toaster, oven. The laundry is onsite. The house has a spacious backyard and a front yard with GOOD SUNSHINE. You are welcome to hang out in all these areas.
