We're sure you'll enjoy it here! The space Perfect for two families. 1.5-story villa with many social areas. Kitchen and living room are connected and make it easy to socialize. In the garden, there are many different seating areas in both shade and sun. Large Swimspa with pool for play (150 cm deep) and separate hot tub and outdoor shower. The lower level accommodates a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with seating for up to 14 people, a living room with a large and spacious sofa, a toilet with shower and a laundry room. On the upper floor, there are two smaller bedrooms, a toilet with shower and a living room with a sofa bed. All rooms upstairs have TV + Apple TV. There's also a lake with a swimming area nearby. Swimming area: 2-minute walk Car to city: 7 minutes Tram: 1.2 km Kolmården: 35 minutes by car Electric lighted trail: 500 meters Guests bring their own bed linens and towels or rent them for SEK 200/person. The guest is responsible for final cleaning before check-out or books this for SEK 1,500. Guest access The whole house + garden and pool. Other things to note You need to go up a long staircase that leads to the house. There is a guest house down by the garage that will be rented to other guests. The guest house is separate from the house and you will not be disturbed by the other guests. Only you who live in the house have access to the pool, sun deck and trampoline.
