In a small 18th century building, overlooking a quiet pedestrian street in the city center, a few minutes' walk from the castle, this recently refurbished 26 m² studio, perfectly functional and equipped, is the ideal accommodation for discovering Blois and its surroundings. The space Apartment on the 1st floor combining the old elements of the 18th century building (half-timbering, stone wall, exposed beams) with modern comfort, you will have quality equipment for your stay (LCD TV, programmable collective heating, microwave combined oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and toaster, washing machine, ironing board and iron...), as well as of course Wi-Fi access. A special mention for the sofa bed with a "Rapido" system, which is unfolded and ready for use in seconds, and provides a real bed. An important clarification: this apartment is rented during the academic year to a student, who leaves it during the summer. Thus, the apartment no longer contains any personal belongings of the usual occupant. You won't find any kitchen recipes, but you won't come across a package of expired cakes, and above all you can use all the storage space in the apartment to settle in comfortably (AirBnB regulars will appreciate feeling at home, not at someone else's...) All the apartments in the building are very similar, even if the photos may suggest otherwise... This apartment can only accommodate 2 people maximum. A 10% discount can be offered for booking multiple apartments for the same stay. To my great regret, I am unable to host guests with pets. Other things to note For people who wish and on request, it is possible to store bicycles in a locked courtyard which is on the side of the building. However, it is not a covered courtyard, so bicycles will not be protected from rain. Finally, I would like to point out that to access this courtyard, there are a few steps to cross with your bike.
