Good to Know ◆ Must be 25+ to book; booking guest must be present throughout the stay ◆ Maximum occupancy: 14 ◆ No parties or loud celebrations, quiet family gatherings only ◆ No smoking or vaping; no fireworks ◆Guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a credit card for a security deposit hold ◆ Pool is professionally serviced twice weekly (Tues & Fridays) ◆ Gas fireplaces available October–April ◆ Pets are NOT permitted ◆ Internet is fast but rural outages can occasionally occur Less than a mile from Beavers Bend State Park. Book your dates before they're gone. Guest access Guests will receive a keycode the morning of your arrival to enter the condo. The keycode is unique for each guest to ensure your safety. To help ensure a smooth stay, we kindly ask all guests to complete our rental agreement (available to review before booking) and provide a credit card for a refundable security deposit hold (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). These items are required to finalize your reservation — if they’re not submitted with 24 hours of the reservation, the booking may be canceled. When available, we’re happy to offer optional upgrades to make your stay a little more flexible: 🌿 Late Checkout (12:00 PM) – $75 🌿 Early Check-In (2:00 PM) – $75 These options depend on cabin availability, so if another guest books on your check-in or check-out day, we won’t be able to offer them. For that reason, we can only confirm early check-in or late checkout the day before your arrival or departure, once we know the final schedule. A text will be sent out to you if either of these upgrades are available to you for your reserved stay. Other things to note ◆ We're not a management company. We can't wait to host you. ◆ Private Pool. Your own private pool, right outside the door. Pool heat is available September through May for $75/night (applied to the full stay), a great add-on for cooler months when you still want to swim. Just request it at least 24 hours before check-in and we'll take care of the rest. ◆ Private Hot Tub. Tucked away overlooking the pool, our hot tub is the perfect spot to soak under the stars or decompress after a day of adventure. Drained and sanitized after every stay. ◆ 4 Spacious Bedrooms. Three king-sized bedrooms plus a large bunk room with two twin beds and two full beds — comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests.
