The house was built in 1940 and maintains much of its original charm (archways, built in cabinets, and doors with skeleton keys) while also having updated appliances and utilities (new water heater, hvac system, high speed Wi-Fi). The space Beautifully and artistically curated, this 1940 home has original oak hardwood floors, heated tile in the bathroom, and many modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The house has a full kitchen with basic ingredients (flour, spices, etc.) and coffee! There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, and a pull out sofa in the living room. Guest access ***WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS*** For guests that book 4 days or more during the world athletic championships, we will offer a reserved parking spot just 2 blocks from Hayward field! Access to the entire house, parking space for 2 cars, and backyard with garden and outdoor dining table. There is also access to washer and dryer in the unfinished basement.
