Tiny house The Island House

This beautiful tiny house, "Het Eilandhuis," is built with materials from the island. Materials that grow in the area such as flax and straw. Reused material such as cast beach wood and beams from an old farm. Power via solar panels, water comes from water tanks, to which the shower is connected. The toilet is a dry toilet. The tiny house has a sleeping loft on which the double bed is located. There is also a sofa bed. Kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, oven and induction cooktop. The space The tiny house is located in beautiful natural locations, now bookable at a recreational farm in Kerkwerve, in a wooded area centrally located on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland. From here, you can easily get into nature or to the beach. The historic town of Zierikzee is also nearby. The cottage was built by friends with a passion for nature and sustainable building. From the sleeping loft where there is a double bed, with skylights through which you can see the stars at night. There is a green wall where you can pick herbs. The tiny house has a terrace with chairs and a table. Other things to note There are water tanks in the tiny house that need to be easily refilled. It is possible to rent bicycles for a fee to explore the area.
