This house is in a gated community so security is not even a concern. You will have a feeling of being immersed in nature, right next to BH. New luxury mattress (Memory foam) in the superior rooms. Bedrooms 1,2,3 and the living room and dining room have new air conditioning. Over 1 acre of land My favorite part of the house is the deck, where we always gather family and friends for breakfast with an incredible view and a wonderful feeling of being in the middle of nature. The gourmet house also has an incredible view of the mountains, pool, and main house. Perfect for barbecue or meals on rustic wooden tables. The pool was also completely redone less than 1 year ago. At the entrance of the house, you will have the option to listen to the sound of the water pond and sit and enjoy an incredible sunset. Guest access The street of the house is a dead end, with extremely friendly neighbors and they are only there on weekends practically. The region is wonderful for taking walks with the noise of the birds and a delicious breeze in the morning and late afternoon.
