Bed: The room is equipped with a massive king sized bed, with the best quality mattress for the best quality sleep. Amenities within the room: 1. Full smart TVs 2. Balcony with outdoor furniture for the sole use of our guests. 2. Tea and coffee making facilities 3. Laptop size safe 4. Full fridge 5. Shampoo, shower gel and soap per cleaning. 6. Hair dryer Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, hub and oven with utensils and anything you would require. Apartment is equipped for both long and short term rentals. Living Area: Full living spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and TV. Access to the balcony from the living area and the bedroom. Bathroom: A walk-in rain shower in a spacious area everything with the highest quality possible. Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Note: - Full cleanings are done once every 4 days of booking. - Linen change is done every 8 days of bookings - Kitchen cleaning is cleaned only after checkout - Towel change, is changed daily (Ask reception for system) - For monthly booking, cleaning is done every week. Laundry: Access to laundry area is free of charge, guests must get their own detergents though. Included within the price: 1. Gym facilities 2. Amazing large rooftop pool for the sole use of our guests and the guests receding within the complex. 3. 24/7 reception area with the best of services. SPECIAL THINGS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: 1.
