Private room & bathroom in our house

My wife and I rent out our guest room in the attic of our private home. The room has its own bathroom, which is used exclusively by you. The room is located in the attic on the second floor. The entrance and our private staircase are shared. The stairs lead through our private living area. The house is in a very quiet location, yet you can still get to the city center quickly. The Olympic Stadium, the Citadel, and the ICC / Messe Berlin exhibition grounds are only about 15-20 minutes away.
