Located in a serene environment with lush greeneries along Angol in Station 3, this modern beach apartment is only a 3-5 minutes walk to the White Beach as well as the Main Road, where you can access public transport. The apartment is just right and cozy and is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. This apartment is just about 3 minutes by foot to Boracay's White Beach. The property's design theme has a modern Asian touch which blends in with the lush greeneries on the southern side of the island. The unit is about 37 sq.m, including the balcony. It is situated on the second floor of the 3-storey (w/ lower ground level) apartment building. The apartment's interior has a modern contemporary vibe, split-type air-conditioned, with a queen-sized bed, a couch at the living area, 32" LED cable TV, refrigerator w/ freezer, safety deposit, hot and cold shower, and a complimentary wifi access. Other than the unit, guest travelers can lounge at the apartment building's corridors/hallways, the reception area and garden pathway at the back of the property. There is a covered parking area in the other property, perfect for storing bikes, if the travelers plan on renting one during their stay. A frontdesk personnel is on duty from 8am to 8pm while a night guard patrols the desk and the premises from 8pm to 8am. Half of the time I am out of town but if I happen to be in the island during your stay, I'd be happy to personally meet you. It has always been a delight for me to meet fellow and like-minded travelers with holistic worldview from different parts of the world. Most of the time, I have an onsite team of caretakers and staff who looks after my property (including you, our guests and travelers), will check you in and out, and will provide you with any of your needs during your stay. For any of your inquiries, concerns and emergencies, you may message me at the Airbnb portal or you may message and/or approach any of my warm and helpful onsite team of caretakers and staff. They will also provide you with our contact information upon your checkin. Do remember that, when you're with us, we want you to feel at home. The apartment is perfectly located along an off-the-beaten path in Angol Road, White Beach, Station 3. The place is surrounded by greens - in front of the property are the forest greens of the Mandala estate. There is also a green garden pathway with unique plants at the right side of the property building. There are also lush gardens in the frontage (lower ground level) and backyard part (lower ground level) of the property. This is just right and enough for you to experience that 'good old' Boracay vibe, rejuvenate and live like a local in this side of the island. Getting around is easy. From the apartment, it will only take you about 3 minutes walk to the White Beach path in Station 3 and just about the same, if you plan to go to the Main Road, where you can ride public transport (i.e. singles, trikes, multi cabs). Sometimes, you can even hail single motorbikes and e-trikes passing over the property. So, either you walk at the beach or take a quick trike ride, where you are is pretty near everything - from restaurants, cafes, bars, convenience shops, water sports activities, to sunset viewing while having that refreshing drink during the island's 'magical' hour (Boracay's famous sunset). *Accessibility: 3-5 minutes walk to the White Beach path in Station 3, 3-5 minutes walk to the Main Road, 5-7 minutes ride to D'mall in Station 2, 5-7 minutes ride to the Jetty Port in Cagban *Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. All units have smoke detectors inside. Smoking is allowed in the following areas: corridors/hallways of the building, the covered parking area for bikes at the other property, and gardens pathway at the other property. *The property is facing the lush forests and greeneries of the Mandala estate, adding to that tranquil vibe and ambiance. *The property is situated in a residential part of the island, where some of the locals and some of the original settlers of the island also live.
