We are located in Barrio Sur, a residential and quiet area just 4 blocks from the sea, with a wide variety of services in the surrounding area: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, breweries, etc. The space It is a beautiful, new and bright apartment that faces north, so it gets sun all day long. It has an integrated kitchen/dining/living room space with access to a balcony. An antebathroom with sink and mirror, full bathroom with shower and bathtub and a bedroom. The bedroom can have a queen bed or two twin beds. From the balcony you can see the sea, as well as beautiful sunsets, as it is a residential area with low buildings and very nice views of the city and the coast. Just four blocks from one of Puerto Madryn's most beautiful beaches on Bajada 6, with dunes, beautiful inns, and lots of beach and water sports activities. Guest access Upon entering the building through the front door you will find the lobby and elevator. Apartment is Located on 3 Floor. It's Apartment 3 "C". As for the parking lot, it is closed and covered, and the garage assigned to our apartment is "J". Other things to note We have 100 Mbps fiber optic WiFi, ideal if you have to work while you're visiting here.
