This is summer housing, we have 4 bedrooms available that are private with locks, two shared bathrooms, shared living room, kitchen, washer, dryer and parking available on site. Steps from the University of Rhode Island. Public buses, 10 minutes from the bike path and the Amtrack train, 12 mile bike bath that leads the the beaches. Other three bedrooms may or may not be occupied with other guests during your stay. The space No smoking or pets allowed, we try to keep the space allergy free with frequent changes of air filters.
