Stunning views of the swallow tail lighthouse and the ferry coming and going from the island can be seen from the master bedroom upstairs or private backyard deck and patio. Short walk to beautiful beach. You will not be disappointed with this island gem. The space This cozy cottage is newly renovated and has a loft style upstairs bedroom with a king size bed. Beautiful ocean views from the upstairs bedroom overlooking North Head and the Swallow Tail Lighthouse. The downstairs is a open concept living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with brand new appliances. The bathroom has a walk in shower with 2 shower heads including an overhead rainfall head perfect for sharing with your partner. There is also a deck and patio area located in a private 1.5 acre backyard. Here you will find a BBQ perfect for summer grilling and an outdoor patio equipped with a 4 person Hot Tub. Follow signs in the yard down a 0.25km private trail which leads through the marsh to a beautiful secluded beach. Find treasures of all kinds to bring home as a souvenir. There is also a nice fire pit area outside if you would like to have a bonfire and enjoy a s’more or 2. There’s lots of firewood and kindling in the barn next door if you would like to purchase some and we are also selling s’mores kits while supplies last so please enjoy these amenties as long as there is no provincial fire bans are in effect. Please ask if you would like to purchase a bundle of campfire wood or a s’mores kit. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Private residence.
