Description

No bank waterfront beach cabin with open floorplan and heated floors on a quiet, private 12 acres and a no-bank sandy beach. The cabin has three bedrooms and sleeps six, and has a spacious lawn with a stream running through it. Relax, explore the beach and sandy tideflats, enjoy a fabulous view of the Cascades, roast marshmallows over a campfire, and spot wildlife including harbor seals, otters, and bald eagles. This is a magical place for kids to play and explore! The space The cabin is in a quiet, secluded area between Kingston and Hansville, on the Kitsap Peninsula. Other than a handful of neighbors, you won't see many other people on the beach. Two miles of uninhabited, publicly accessible beach stretch north from our property to historic Point No Point lighthouse. In the 1920s, the property was a summer camp for girls called Camp Cohoe. Guest access We own two adjacent cabins. They can be booked individually or together, for a larger group. We call this one the "cabin." It is slightly smaller than the house next door, but has a more modern kitchen and bathroom, including heated tile floors, plus a bigger yard and more beachfront. Other things to note Our cabins use well water filtered through a UV filter that is safe to drink, but it has a high mineral content, and some guests prefer bottled drinking water for the taste. We recently just setup Starlink and have a backup 5G option. We will test it out over the summer but it should be reliable to work at this point. Do note that occasionally the power lines go down in the winter. A $50 pet fee applies per stay to accommodate your furry friends.
