Halifax home for rent for the winter.

This is my home but I am not in Halifax over the winters and I prefer that the home be lived in. It's a very nice home I've been in for 35 years. Of great importance is that I find the right people, not the right rent income. Ideally a single person, or a couple with no children. Ideally older The rent has been set at a number that includes utilities. This is so that I don’t waste peoples’ time if it’s too expensive. final agreement will have utilities as a separate cost with an upper limit The space A spectacular view of Bedford Basin, at the end of a cul de sac, with incredible privacy. From the back of the home you cannot see any neighbours. The home has a master bedroom with a huge closet and bathroom, 2 other bedrooms upstairs, with a full bathroom, and an enormous office. The main floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and family/TV room. The lower level is a typical finished basement with a TV area, a bedroom and a full bathroom, as well as an area that used to have a desk for working. The garage is full of stuff that could probably be moved to make room for a car, but I've never used it for that purpose in the last 35 years. There's a storage room under the garage that can be heated. The deck at the back is very big, with multiple levels and great views of the Bedford Basin.
