Located on the 1st floor of a stone building in a quiet place of our beautiful little town, 5 minutes from its square, the true heart of the village and all amenities (butchers, bakeries, pharmacy, supermarket). WIFI, air conditioning, linens, its asset is the closed parking lot. Strategic location in the south: 15/20 min to Propriano, Roccapina, Tizzano beaches, 15 min to Propriano port, 1 hr 15 min to Ajaccio port/airport, 1 hr to Porto-Vecchio port, 45 min to Figari The space Charming, all comforts (reversible air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi access, TV in the living room and in a bedroom, double glazing) with a 15 m² terrace with a living room where you can have an aperitif or breakfast in peace. The accommodation consists of a large air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave...) open to the living room, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet; a terrace with garden furniture completes it and above all you have a parking space in a closed parking lot. A deposit cheque (not cashed) of 1000 euros is to be given on arrival, if no check the deposit will be in cash (no credit card). The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the checkout condition is consistent with that made on arrival. You have a free crib for infants or children up to 2 years old and subject to availability of a baby high chair. The basic equipment is provided for troubleshooting (solid soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, cleaning products...). Linens (sheets, cases and towels and not beach) are provided for the 1st week, for any additional request (1st week or other) a flat fee of €50 will be requested per room.
