Located on the 1st floor of a stone building, in a quiet place in our beautiful little town. 5 minutes from its center, its square, the real heart of the village and all amenities (butchers, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarket). WIFI, air conditioning, linen, its asset is the parking space. Strategic location in the south: 15/20 min to the beaches of Propriano, Roccapina, Tizzano, 15 min to the port of Propriano, 1 hr 15 min to the port/airport of Ajaccio, 1 hr to the port of Porto-Vecchio, 45 min to Figari The space Charming, comfortable (reversible air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi access, TV in the living room and in a bedroom, double glazing) with a 15 m² terrace with a living room where you can have an aperitif or breakfast in peace. The accommodation consists of a large air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave...) open to the living room, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet; a terrace with garden furniture completes it and above all a private parking lot of the condominium where you can park easily. A deposit check (not cashed) of 1000 euros is to be given upon arrival, if no check the deposit will be made in cash (no credit card). The security deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the condition of the premises at checkout is the same as at check-in. You have free use of a baby or child's crib up to 2 years old and, depending on availability, a baby high chair. Basic equipment is provided for troubleshooting (solid soap, laundry, garbage bags, cleaning products...). Linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels and not beach towels) are provided for the 1st week, for any additional request (1st week or other) a fee of €50 will be charged per room.
