Private room near Humber College

A small private bedroom with shared washrooms and kitchen. The bedroom has a single bed, a computer desk, a chair, a closet. The bedroom door has a lock. No visitors are allowed. The house located on a 5 minutes walking distance to the city buses with 24 hour operation. If you have negative reviews from airbnb hosts ( less then four stars) please do not book this room. I will appreciate it. The space The place is 100 meters from three bus lines. Humber College is 20 minutes walk from the place. The main airport is 10 km away. Guest access Guests has access to the ground floor laundry and the back yard. During your stay I am available by text and telephone call. Other things to note This room is located in the basement of the house. The basement is nice and dry. It has a high ceiling. The windows are relatively small. The two washrooms and kitchenette are shared with two more guests ( college students). No noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Laundry center service is included.
