Two story home on a quiet street in south Eugene (2,700 sq.ft.). Two living room spaces with couches and TV. Use of garage available. 5 minutes to the U of O campus and Hayward Field. Close to recreation in the beautiful Willamette Valley. Less than 1.5 hours to the Coast. The space The home is newer and very comfortable. The heating and air conditioning works well, so you should have a pleasant stay during the heat of the day and in the evening. Guest access Access will be available to all rooms and outdoor space. The garage and some closets will not be available.
