Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We provide artfully designed, fully furnished, and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more, and we are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Gracia is a beloved Barcelona neighborhood known for its unique modernist architecture, bustling streets, sun-baked plazas, local pastry shops, tapas bars, eclectic pop-up shops, famed restaurants, fusion dining, and local galleries showcasing some of Catalonia’s finest art. The building offers a shared rooftop pool and solarium, with breathtaking views, inviting guests to relax and enjoy Barcelona’s sunniest days. *Please note that building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
