This is a bunkhouse style with 1 bedroom and bathroom plus 4 beds in the main room. 1 queen in the bedroom plus queen bunkbed and trundle with 2 twins in the main room. Includes designated firepit and grill. Just East of ValduLakes bar and restaurant, very close to Silver Lake and all the excitement. Pentwater 15 min. North and Ludington 25 min. Wide main door for wheelchair. Dedicated parking, fire pit (over by the barn) and charcoal grill. The toilet and shower are raised due to being at the basement level. The main entrance is 40 inches wide and level with the driveway. Remaining doors are 32 inches. You can burn the existing firewood and any other wood on the property. Wood is sold all over town. We allow dogs so please use the doggy poop bags by the door. There are 4 seasonal campsites at the front of the property, the house is at the back of the property. Entire 11 acres shared with camping and house rentals. No agressive dog breeds. The security deposit will block your credit card for $750 and not actually be charged to you. This is a triplex with 2 separate airbnbs. There is a full time renter upstairs and you may here some sounds from their activity.
