I offer my beautiful penthouse in the historic center of Cagliari with terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment has two well separated rooms, and is suitable to accommodate four adults with or without children, even from two distinct families. And very spacious and comfortable. It is located on the third floor without an elevator, so it is not suitable for those with reduced mobility problems. The strong points are the central but quiet location, the terrace with breathtaking views and the attentive furnishings. The space The house is located in the center, ten minutes walk from the station from where you take the bus to the beaches and the train to the airport . Underneath the house there are countless shops, restaurants, churches and picturesque squares. Everything there is to see and do in this beautiful city. We find ourselves right inside the nightlife but at the same time in a silent and dominant position. Guest access The house is very large, in fact there are 145 square meters, distributed as follows : sleeping area with two bedrooms, one of which is located above a walled mezzanine, the walk-in closet, the spacious entrance, the entrance with beautiful liberty glass, the main bathroom with glass shower, bidet, toilet, sink, the second toilet in the laundry room,where the washing machine is located. Finally a large living room of 35sqm and a small kitchen attached. From the living room you reach the beautiful super panoramic terrace. Other things to note In Cagliari, the collection of differentiated garbage has finally been established for a few years. You will find five well-marked mastelli and the collection schedule. Please warmly take down on the days indicated in the garbage, so that they are emptied. Unfortunately, in the summer we do not have enough time between a guest arrival and next to the next to do so.
