Why drive when you can walk? Beached on Park offers quality accommodation that is close to everything. This renovated 4 bedroom home is centrally located in the heart of Seaford. It is a short 6 min walk to Seaford Pier & shopping-café precinct, a 4 min walk to Seaford Station and has bike trails and the Seaford wetlands is only few hundred metres away. Your host, Markus lives onsite in the adjoining property and are more than happy to assist you during your stay. The space You have full access to 4 large bedrooms (1 with ensuite), Family Size Bathroom/Laundry, generous size kitchennette with breakfast bar, lounge/tv area and dining area. The main living space leads out to a private pepple courtyard where you can entertain or cook marshmellows over the fire pit. The Double Garage is a separate undercover area you can use as a games /play area if not used for parking. There is also a front garden area with off street parking for 2 cars. We have a strict NO smoking and no pet policy on the premises to maintain a clean and inviting property for all our guests. Families of all ages are welcome. Free wifi. Guest access You have full access to a Double Garage which currently houses a Ping Pong Table, Bikes (some helmets provided) and other Beach Toys you can access during your stay. An additional 2 outside car spaces are on the property. Parking at Beached on Park The outside double driveway is easy to get into and out of onto the street and will fit normal length vehicles. The Garage doors are barn doors . You would enter via the black security door and then manually release the latches, open the doors and latch them again in the open position (like a farm gate). There is plenty of room in the double garage if we pack up the ping pong table. Also there is on street parking available in the quiet side street.
