The only thing they have in common is the access door from the street. Once inside, each apartment is independent with its key and fully private. The first apartment is on the ground floor of the house, consisting of a living room, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single auxiliary bed, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a patio. The second apartment is located on the top floor of the house and is composed of a very bright space that makes up the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (double and single), bathroom with bathtub and a large roof terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy the best sun. The location is the same, the features are the same, the difference between the two apartments is that one has one bedroom and the other has two, one has a shower and the other a bathtub, one has a living room and kitchen together and the other separately. Coming to my house gives you the possibility to enjoy a quiet trip and without parking problems, no noise of the city. Here you will have all the comforts of a detached house, with a large sunny patio for outdoor dining with the possibility of installing a swimming pool in summer for long stays.
