Lovely country-side house in lower Normandy

Located in lower-Normandy, a stone's throw away from the Parc Naturel du Perche, our family house invites you to a relaxing and cozy stay. 5 minutes drive to Le Mêle sur Sarthe, 20 minutes to Alencon (to the West) and Mortagne au Perche (to the East), via the N12 road. All shopping and grocery facilities closeby, plus tons of local producers, butchers, cider-makers and of course, camembert, neufchatel and pont-l'eveque cheeses! Enjoy forest walks, horse-riding, sightseeing... or simply relax. The space The ground floor consists in a small - yet convenient and fully equiped - kitchen, opening on a large dining and living room, cozy sofas and a great fireplace. The 1st floor has three bedrooms (2 with double beds + 1 with 2 single beds for kids) and a small bathroom. The top floor is a fully refurbished attic, which we use as a office / play / reading / TV room. It has a convertible sofa that can welcome two additional guests. Guest access The entire house, minus our cellar, is at your disposal. Other things to note This is our family house, retreat and home in Normandy. Do not expect a five stars hotel, but expect a five stars genuine AirBnB. The reviews speak for themselves. We expect our guests to treat our home and belongings with respect.
