Central loft apartment with private roof terrace

Very centrally located loft apartment with an open planning that centers around the beautiful, private roof terrace. 97 sqm divided over 3 big, Scandinavian styled rooms and 2 bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful – you won't remember that you're in the middle of town! A couple of minutes walk from plenty of restaurants and shops. We love our home and are pretty certain you will too – but please note that you have to walk up 5 flights of stairs, as there is no elevator. The space A refurbished attic, this loft apartment has a special atmosphere to it. Old beams run through the apartment reminding you of its hundred year heritage, while the rest of the apartment is modern and furnished in a distinctively Scandinavian style. The apartment consists of a large combined kitchen / living room space, an office that can also function as an extra bedroom (we have two guest beds that can be placed here), and an en suite bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a crib. There are two bathrooms, of which one has a waterfall shower under a window that lets the light in from the sky. On sunny days, you can pretty much live on the generous roof terrace, and when the weather is worse, you can gather around the cosy fireplace. Guest access The whole apartment will be at your disposal, including the private terrace. Other things to note You have to be able to walk up 5 flights of stairs, as there is no elevator. Also, please note that only the 180 cm double bed in the bedroom is a permanent bed, other beds are fold-up guest beds. Last but not least, we have a dog – she doesn't shed, but if you are very allergic to dogs we don't recommend staying in our place.
