Delightful Tiny House, Epic Views

Enjoy the sounds of nature, beautiful sunrises, sunsets and the entire Huon Valley from every angle. Situated on 27 acres of protected and regenerating land, our Tiny House and sauna sit on top of a hill overlooking the Huon Valley. Walking around the land, you'll find three dams, trees at every stage of growth and colourful birds, wallabies and a family of eagles that visit on a regular basis. We also host @lunchintheandes The space House is fully insulated and double glassed so it stays warm and toasty in winter and cool in summer. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, four gas stove and fridge with a freezer. If you're cooking outside -which we love - we have a smoker, a bbq and an Argentinian estaca to cook over the fire pit. The day bed in the tiny house can turn into two single beds to sleep two small adults // children. The bathtubs can fit one person - all you need to add is water. Whilst we would love to have a universally accessible house, our design has forced us to require to climb up stairs to access the house and bedroom as well as the bath. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire block to go for walks. Please note our driveway is steep and we recommend only driving down to the house if you have an AWD or 4WD. Otherwise you can park at the top of the driveway and stroll down to the house, enjoying the views as you go. Other things to note House is off-grid - this includes a composting toilet and water and power that come from the sun and rain. We ask that you are mindful with energy and water consumption and will have instructions in the unlikely event of running out of electricity or water. Registration Details DA-31/2022
