EAST COAST NEWFOUNDLAND SIBLEY TENT ON THE BEACH

Bauline is an "outport". We are really at the end of the road, on the beach or you can hike into La Manche Park. People in our neighborhood, still fish when they can, cut their own wood, some grow food, others go away to work, others are local carpenters. It is a colorful neighborhood. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The sibley TENT is next to the CABIN, BUNKY + BARN The space On the Sea. Our Camp includes three cabins (BUNKY, BARN and CABIN, a main house, and the TENT. In Newfoundland it is possible to glamcamp. Very rustic and fun. Our Camp has fireplaces, BBQ, communal tables and shared bathroom. Come visit. The sibley TENT is glamcamping camping.. The canvas warms the space really nicely at night and during the day the vents keep a breeze flowing. We have outfitted the space with a wood floor, twin bed with bedding, mats, night table, lantern, some chairs and a propane heater. Of course the best time to use the TENT is during good weather, however in Newfoundland that is totally unpredictable. The TENT is 100% dry inside, the OUTHAUSE is as well, so expect to camp and enjoy the experience. Guest access GUEST ACCESS The Camp has BBQ, picnic tables, firepits, firewood, beach, candles, flashlights, and a communal real bathroom - the OUTHAUS. Coffee, tea, plates and utensils are available.
