Ideal for a family stay or a group of friends. The space The openspace living area includes: - a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and coffee machine. The dining table comfortably seats up to 6 people. - the living room features a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxation. From the living room, you can access the small balcony where smoking is allowed. The bedrooms offer comfort and style, thanks to the fully beamed ceiling. - the master bedroom has a king-size bed and a charming ceiling with exposed beams, along with a spacious built-in wardrobe. - the second bedroom is furnished with a large single bed, perfect for one person or a couple, and includes extra space under the bed with an additional cushion available for guests. We have also equipped it with an open wardrobe with hangers. The two bathrooms, one on each floor, are elegant and carefully designed, with showers framed by stone walls, adding a touch of sophistication. The laundry area is on the ground floor in the anteroom near the kitchen, as you can see in the photos. After taking the keys from the safe box, open the pedestrian gate, go up the stairs, and the first door on the terrace is our apartment, exactly as seen in the photos. Other things to note We have a crib for newborns and will be happy to welcome you with your newborn children. The entire apartment is NON-SMOKING. Please smoke on the terrace or in the street.
