BATHROOMS - There is an ensuite bathroom, 1 common bathroom and 1 pool shower. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Enter through the doors and step into the furnished living room featuring high ceilings and large windows and ample natural light. - Equipped with plush sofa-style seating for up to 9 people, it also offers Wi-Fi access and a portable music system. - The living room is equipped with 2 ACs. - The dining area is a part of the living area and it can seat up to 8 people. It is furnished with a rectangular dining table along with comfortable furnishings. - The living room opens up to a spacious outdoor deck, tastefully furnished with outdoor seating arrangements, ideal for enjoying a morning cuppa. - It overlooks the surrounding landscapes, guaranteed to leave you spell-bound. - The exteriors of the villa boast sprawling lush green spaces. The manicured gardens are furnished with seating arrangements for up to 7 people. - Guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the private swimming pool that is positioned amidst incredible views of the mountains. It is 12×35 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. - There is a bar counter by the pool. - The private terrace is located on the first floor that offers spectacular sights of the valley, the hills, the dam and the surrounding greenery. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and an induction plate. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Other things to note FOOD - For a delightful culinary experience, our property is conveniently located near several top restaurants offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Simply place your order an hour in advance, and our caretaker will be happy to fetch your meal for you. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue setup can be arranged at an additional charge of ₹500 per day. IMPORTANT POINTS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we'd like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is not a wheel-friendly property. - In the event of a power outage at the property, we have a generator for backup. - Smoking hookah is strictly prohibited at the property. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests are requested to shut the windows and doors during the evenings, as the property may be prone to insects and bugs. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
