Homey Apartment Near the Airport & the Beach (Rm3)

Feel at home at our studio apartment built for solo backpackers, couple travelers, and families on vacation. Our place is a 15-30 min ride to and from the airport — perfect for quick arrival and departure. It's also a 10-15 min ride to the great beaches of Mactan, Cebu. Complete with well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as fiber wi-fi! The space Our space is a studio apartment located at the second floor of a three-doors apartment building. It's designed to feel like a comfortable second home for our valued guests. The space consists of a kitchen, a dining area, a sleeping beds and a bathroom. The kitchen is complete with basic amenities and more. It has a rice cooker, an electric stove, hot/cold water dispenser and a sink, so you can freely cook your own meals whenever you want to. There are Sari-sari stores within our Subdivision for you to buy some goodies needed. Our dining area can comfortably sit our valued guests. We also offer plates, glasses and utensils for your meals. Our sleepingbeds consists of a doubledeck bed which can accommodate 4people and one double size bed, so it can accommodate 6 people in all. If you have business clothes that need some ironing, we have a clothes iron and some hangers to straighten them out. We also have a TV when you feel like catching up with the news or browsing our local TV shows. Our bathroom has a shower heater, toilet, and available toiletries for your comfort and convenience. We've also setup a fiber wi-fi connection to accommodate your internet needs. Guest access You have full access to the space — bathroom toiletries, kitchen tools, dining plates and utensils, etc. Please make sure to wash and clean everything after using as we don't have a cleaning fee. During your stay We live just a stone's throw away from our apartment building, so we are readily available for you for any concerns. Just message us here in Airbnb or contact us through the number to be provided. We welcome any guests of any race, color, religion, age and gender. Our apartment won't just be your second home for its amenities alone. :) Other things to note We encourage our valued guests to provide your estimated check-in time and check out time to give us ample time to prepare the space for you and to avoid conflicts with other guests. Check-in is made in our main home a stone's throw away from the apartment building. Nightly rate is inclusive of wi-fi, electricity, and water. We encourage proper energy consumption use by switching off the lights, air conditioner, and other types of appliances when not in use. Any lost keys will incur a minimum charge of PHP 1,000 for door knob and lock replacement, to be charged to your credit card accordingly.
