Though it retains some original finishes, you'll find modern comforts and recently updated bathrooms and new floors that make it the perfect home-away-from-home. With 1600 sq ft of space, our condo comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, offering a unique blend of vintage charm and contemporary convenience. Other things to note Please note this unit has a tandem 2 car garage that can really only fit two sedans "tandem". The garage is too small to fit large trucks or large SUVs. An example of the garage's maximum capacity is a Volvo XC90 and 4Runner were able to park in tandem inside the garage with the door shut. Anything larger than those would probably not fit. Vehicles that cannot fit into the garage must find street parking. There are two parking lots located just North and South of the unit for free overnight parking as well as ample street parking. Please be courteous of our neighbors and do not block any driveways or garages in the alley, there are no parking spots available in the allies. This is a duplex. There is one other unit on this property. There are no shared spaces other than the exterior entry and exit walkway. Weekly landscaping and pest control maintenance may occur during your stay. Please do not be alarmed as this is our scheduled maintenance. Thus unit does not have AC but the ocean breeze lovingly provides enough cool air to make the unit comfortable.
