Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel. Immerse yourself in local life, or simply relax at home, enjoying the alfresco entertaining area. Brighton is approximately 40mins drive north of the Brisbane CBD. An easy 10min drive to the Entertainment Centre. Thoughtfully styled interiors create a warm and inviting abode. In the living area, you can get cozy on the sofa with books or just listen to some music via the bluetooth speaker. There is a terrazzo dining table for meals at home and a fully equipped kitchen to cook up a feast. We then head through to the sunroom, where you can relax on the sofa and watch TV or catch up on your favorite Netflix's show using your log in, or purely look out in the garden and watch the lorikeets come down for a drink from the bird bath. This also leads to the outdoor area, yours to enjoy. Each of the two bedrooms is immaculately presented for your stay. A combination of air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the property ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The master bedroom also is fitted with a TV if you would like a lazy morning in bed but catch up on your shows. The bathroom consists of a shower and tub, while the attached garage is also home to our internal laundry with a washing machine to add to your everyday convenience. All linen and towels provided. Guest access Full access to the house, and outdoor areas. Other things to note Cards and board games free to use. Please ensure your car is parked in the garage or on the street - please don’t park in the complex. Staff member will pop by on a Thursday afternoon to put out council bins and bring them in on Friday afternoons. They have key to the side gate so no disruption to guests.
