A peaceful guest house in a rural location.

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private. The space There is one bedroom with one large king-sized bed. There is an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. Downstairs there is a living room area with a kitchenette with sink, combi-microwave, induction hob, slow cooker and fridge. There is also a toaster and kettle. Other things to note A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are very welcome at The Hayloft. Please also note, New Lodge Farm is an equine yard snd riding school that specialises in private tuition on our beautiful Iberian horses.
