Welcome to your renovated 65m² retreat in the heart of Malaga! Perfectly designed for up to 4 guests, this modern apartment offers a peaceful escape on a quiet, traffic-restricted street while keeping you steps away from the city's vibrant attractions. The space The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor, so there is no need to worry about stairs. Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable space with soundproofed windows designed for a restful stay. As part of the most recent renovation, the bedroom windows were upgraded to triple glazing for extra tranquility, the bathroom was completely renovated, and all pillows were replaced. Two different types of pillows are provided to help guarantee a perfect night’s rest. Your home away from home includes: • A master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. • A second bedroom with two single beds. • A cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, and coffee table, as well as a stylish round dining table for up to 4 guests. • A fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and all the cooking utensils you will need. • A small private patio. • A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. • A baby crib and high chair (available upon request) • Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning including heating mode. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment during your stay. The apartment is accessed via an electronic lock using a personal code. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit with toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, hand soap) and two rolls of toilet paper. The kitchen is also stocked with a small cleaning kit. Fresh sheets and towels are prepared for the number of guests in your reservation. Other things to note House rules To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules: • Noisy parties and large gatherings are strictly forbidden. • The number of guests staying must not exceed the number stated in the booking. • Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment. • Kindly take out the rubbish daily, especially during summer. Public bins are available on the street. • Please leave the house tidy before your departure.
