Located 1 km from the Segestane Thermal Baths and a few minutes' drive from the center and the countless coves and beaches that the coast of Castellammare del Golfo is rich in. The complex consists of three completely independent terraced villas with shared pools. The green villa can comfortably accommodate six people and is equipped with three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, kitchen, independent veranda equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue and parking space. - Car rental and transfer service The space The villa consists of two floors. The ground floor has a kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a storage room and a large veranda equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs. Through an open staircase you can access the first floor which has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds Guest access The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and you can enjoy a splendid view. Other things to note The municipality of Castellammare del Golfo imposes a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day up to the sixth day of stay. Children under the age of 6, those over 75 and the disabled are exempt. Upon arrival, an identification document will be required for each guest and payment of the tourist tax in cash.
