There are two additional downstairs bedrooms with full bathroom. The living room features two regular sofas and two chairs for extra seating along with two, roll-away, cots for extra guests. There is also a pack and play onsite if needed. The home has central air and heating, a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Guest access Entire house and backyard. Other things to note The living room has a 49" wifi enabled Smart TV with Roku. You can access your Roku, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc accounts from the Smart TV. Also, tons of FREE Roku Movies & TV shows can be streamed over wifi. Local channels are provided via HDTV antenna. The upstairs master bedroom also has a 40" wifi Smart TV with Google.
