This beautiful apartment is fully furnished and has all the comforts to make you feel right at home. The space Our property has been completely remodeled recently. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In room #1 you will find a full size bed, a 55"Smart TV and for its convenience it also has a workspace. Room #2 features a full size bed and 55"Smart TV. Room #3 features a Queen size bed and a 55"Smart TV. The living area has a sectional couch, tower fan, and 75"SmartTV with free Netflix access. There is wifi throughout the property and we also provide a phone from which you can make unlimited calls to any person or establishment within Puerto Rico and the United States, international calls will have an additional cost. The kitchen is full size and is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils are provided. The bathroom has hot water and you can also find toiletries available for use. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home except for the locked doors that we use for storage. Please don't force the locks. To enter the accommodation, you need to go up and down 16 steps. Other things to note To ensure a smooth stay, please read carefully before booking. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. If you need to arrive earlier, you must book the night before. Early check-in option is unavailable. If you are visiting us with your service pet, you must provide all the necessary documentation to prove it, otherwise you will be charged $50.00 on the registered card for a pet fee per stay. Guests must use the apartment's sanitary pipes correctly, not pour grease and/or solid waste into them. If they are misused, there will be an additional charge to the registered card as a plumbing fee in the amount of $50.00. This apartment is not suitable for smokers. If you smoke inside the apartment, there will be an additional charge to the registered card as an additional deep cleaning fee to the one already paid for the amount of $100.00. We are not responsible for the loss of personal items or belongings. Make sure you have all your belongings before leaving the apartment. You may experience little or no coverage at our accommodation as some phone companies have better reception than others in this area. During your stay, you may hear noises from some animals typical of Puerto Rico. There is a camera at the apartment's entrance. We also make a rigorous inventory record every time we receive a new guest. Any missing items will be charged to the registered card. Internet service is a courtesy provided based on the service's availability from the provider company. (Liberty) Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public electricity and water service. Reservations are formalized in the knowledge and understanding of the aforementioned by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund. During power outages on the island during emergencies, you may experience noise from electric generators outside the unit. In the end, it is agreed that the party who has booked with the payment, acknowledges and accepts all of the above.
