The space This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom w closet, living, dining and full kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed that comfortably sleeps 2 guests. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower/ bath combo and lots of drawers on the vanity for storage. The bedroom also has a walk-in closet big enough to store luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals with all the necessary appliances, silverware and complimentary essentials (cooking oil, black pepper and salt). There is also "Island Dining" with bar stools. The living area is beautifully decorated with comfortable seating, smart TV, AC and decor that elevates the listing from your average Airbnb. A laundry area with a washer, dryer and washtub completes the space. Guest access Including a fully furnished apartment there is a clubhouse with a gym and tennis court. The assigned parking space is B803 located 2 spots on the left before you enter the underground parking The gate is manned by 24 hour security which requires guests to check-in with them each time they enter the property. Other things to note - Fully air conditioned unit - kindly turn off lights, a/c, fan and TV when not in use or leaving the unit - multi story apt complex, no loud music/noise - the hot water switch is in the kitchen - NO smoking or parties.
