If you are looking for peace and quiet, you have found the place to stay. The property borders RMNP, and you can hike in from the property for a quick hike or a picnic in the pines. 4 wheel drive highly recommended in the winter and spring Guest access The Carriage House is a separate unit that you will have all to yourself. It includes a private hot tub, fire pit and parking. You will only need to see or contact us if a need arises. Other things to note This property is in the mountains. This means that there is plenty of wildlife in the area. Elk, deer, bears etc., live and thrive in the area. Please understand what is appropriate when you encounter nature in all of its grandeur. Pamphlets regarding interactions with the area wildlife can be found in the unit.
