A cozy suite with living room /kitchen combination, private bedroom with queen sized bed, washer/dryer, spacious bath, WiFi/cable TV, private coded entrance and off street parking located in downtown Kingston Springs only a 25 minute drive from the heart of Music City. “Little Bit Country” expresses the beauty of the gentle Tennessee hills, wild life and genuinely kind people in Kingston Springs. “Little Bit Rock & Roll” describes the professional level entertainment at the “Filling Station” only one block away. Sky King Pizza offering gourmet fare is a great dinner destination. Turnbull Provisions also on Main Street sells a variety of coffee drinks and handheld breakfast treats. Nashville is an easy 25 minute drive down I40. Guests access the suite through a breezeway between the house and garage. This is a private, coded entrance used only by our guests. Parking is immediately outside the breezeway in front of the garage. This is a dedicated parking space. We are as available as our guests prefer. We can be reached by text or phone 24/7 to assist. We are happy to interact with guests to give information and suggestions about the area and its attractions, or we can provide complete privacy if guests prefer. We are located in “downtown” Kingston Springs, one short block from Main Street. On weekends music from the Filling Station can be heard by simply stepping outside. Chimes from the Kingston Springs United Methodist Church mark the hour. Kingston Springs was once a destination for the wealthy who rode the train from Nashville and beyond to partake of the healing local spring water. Kingston Springs has a Park for both people and dogs. It is located in Cheatham county. Main Street is an easy walk one block down Hillman Street. All other shopping and attractions require an automobile. Kingston Springs is convenient to many local attractions. All the fun of Music City is only 25 minutes away including the Grand Ole Opry, Nissan Stadium and Bridgestone Arena. The Harpeth River nearby has canoeing and Kayaking sites and Montgomery Bell State Park is a short drive out Highway 70. The new Bellevue One Shopping Center, 10 minutes away, has a recliner movie theater, restaurants, and all the shopping you could want.
