Our homey cottage offers 4 rooms and extended to entertainment room that can comfortably house 21 guests and maximum of 27 guests There will be room allocation according to number of guests. 1-3 pax- 1 room 4-5 pax- 2 rooms 6-7 pax- 3 rooms 8-21 pax- 4 rooms 22-27 pax- extra mattresses provided and entertainment room can be used if needed Additional charges will apply: In excess of 16 persons - 600 pesos/person/night Additional room request - 500 pesos/room/night *Kindly advise before booking The space The cottage's interior decor is composed of old and recycled furnitures that brought out its rustic ambiance. The place has 7 spacious bunk beds that are good for sharing. Kitchen appliances and utensils are also provided so guests can freely cook and grill their own meals. The cottage has an en suite toilet and bath and even 2 toilet and 2 bathrooms near the pool that guests can use. Our farm is located in a typical province in the Philippines that some animals like chickens, cats and dogs from the neighbourhood may roam around in our place. But our own pets are safely tied as it will serve also as our guard in the property. Guest access The farm will be exlusive for the guests so you can freely enjoy the farm and other amenities. Barriotic swimming pool is available for free exclusively for the guests and also until 10pm only. We are offering these for our guests: Free calamansi juice as welcome drinks Free drinking water for your whole stay Free 1 bigkis of woods for your bonfire Additional charges for succeeding usage: 50 pesos/bottle - calamansi juice 50 pesos/bigkis - woods for bonfire Other fees: 100/pail - calamansi picking (can fill up 2 kilos) 500/24 hrs - videoke usage until 10pm only Other things to note Our farm is far from the town and you should bring your own food that you can cook Transportation is not readily available and only tricycle can bring you to the town in case that you don't have your own car. Just let us know if you need tricycle service How to get here By private car: 1. Take the TPLEX Carmen Exit 2. Turn right upon reaching Mc Arthur Hiway 3. You will pass by on the right side: SM Carmen, Mcdonalds before the bridge, Villasis Town Market and on the left side: Villasis Bagsakan Market and Villasis Town Hall 4. Approximately 1 km from Villasis Town Market, turn left 5. Take the road going to Malasiqui 6. Turn right upon seeing mini Petron at Barangay Unzad. Go Straight 7. Turn right upon seeing Labit Elementary School and Labit Barangay Hall. You will see Palina Tombod Street sign 8. You will pass by the rice fields and turn left after the small narrow bridge. 9. Take left on the Y intersection. 10. After 3 houses on the left side, you will see a signage - Nonno and Nonna's Cottage &Garden By commute: 1. Take a bus going to Dagupan and Baguio with TPLEX signage like 5 star, Dagupan Bus, Victory Liner and Santrans. 2. Tell the conductor that you will go down in Villasis Palengke/Town Market. 3. Go to Villasis Bagsakan which is on the other side. 4. You will see the Tupig sellers on the street going to the church. 5. Turn right upon reaching the end of the street and you will see the tricycle terminal. You can also ask where is the tricycle terminal going to LABIT 6. Tell the tricyle driver your destination - Calamansian in Awed.
