You will experience and enjoy a very relaxing atmosphere inside the busy and stressful street lights. The space Welcome to our southern home! Close to everything. You want to feel relaxed while on vacation or spend time with your family and enjoy. We have made an effort, to make the suite feel like a cozy and comfort retreat. We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise! We have a small patio to hang out on. A 4’5” swimming pool. A stage with a videoke that you can sing until 10 pm only. For your comfort we have two bedrooms upstairs, one has a king-size bed with hot & cold, while the other has a queen-size bed. We also have a small parking space, good for 1 car or two. But you can also park your car outside. The place is safe ad we have guard at the gate of the village. We have a small refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and rice cooker. House Rules:   We aim to make your stay comfortable!   For Guests and Visitors; please make sure to turn off the lights, AC and any electronic devices when not in use; STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the. You can smoke outside, but cigarette butts must be disposed of properly; Quiet time after 10:00 PM. You can only use our videoke until 10:00 PM NO PARTIES. If guests are found having a party without host permission, which results in noise alerting our neighbours, GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE IMMEDIATELY; do not forget to lock all doors at all times; You need to provide the names of all the guests and visitors to the host. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed; No additional visitor/s after 10:00 PM; roaming around the subdivision is not allowed; do not rearrange our furniture; no eating and drinking inside the bedrooms; dispose of your garbage in the trash bin; report any damage and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Any damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by the guest at the same amount; If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and the GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE RESORT IMMEDIATELY; Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage properly before checking out; Lastly, treat the resort as your home so please be respectful of the property and our things and keep it clean before you leave.    In case of any emergency please inform immediately the host.
