Cozy, spacious and charming house. 350 meters from Tabatinga beach, on the Costa do Conde, the southern coast of Paraíba. Windows with mosquito screens, beautiful garden, wide and green lawn, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen with Tramontina stainless steel pots, barbecue grill and covered garage. We are in a quiet residential area, close to the Tabatinga maceió, 5 minutes by car from downtown Jacumã or Coqueirinho beach, 10 minutes from Tambaba beach. The space Tabatinga is one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Paraíba and offers diverse landscapes, mangroves, two maceiós, cliffs and many coconut trees. On weekends or in high season, it is possible to hire buggy and kayak services. Our house was designed with a lot of love to welcome our family and eventually receive guests. The suite is spacious and well ventilated, has screens on the windows, but we also offer the option of extra mosquito net protection for those who like to leave the doors open. It is ideal for families or a group of friends. Guest access The property is 450 m² and the spaces available to guests include: a single-story suite with a double bed, a single bed and an extra mattress option, a powerful fan, window screens, sheets, towels, pillows and gym equipment; a living room/balcony with a hammock, a sofa with cushions, a counter with three high stools and a table for six people; a kitchen equipped with general utensils including Tramontina stainless steel pots, a refrigerator, a four-burner stove, a microwave and a blender; a backyard with chairs, a table, a hammock and a barbecue grill; a large lawn with large and comfortable chairs; a garden; an outdoor shower; a toilet; a garage with a covered parking space. The exclusive guest suite has a separate entrance. They share common areas with the hosts. During your stay Hosts enjoy interacting with guests and seek their opinions on the quality of the accommodation. Guest feedback is essential to improving the quality of our service. We're always available to talk about possible specific guest needs. Communication can be in person in shared space listings, and by messaging and calling in the entire space listing. Other things to note We offer the following services: - breakfast, lunch and/or dinner with organic ingredients from local producers, vegan options; - Shiatsu Abhyanga massage therapy. - Before requesting a reservation, it is important to be aware of and agree to follow all the house rules. It is forbidden to: - Mining cryptocurrencies; - Make loud noise; - Take objects from the house to the beach or on outings; - Leave the fan on when you are not in the room; - Receive guests; - Make a campfire or similar; - Smoking inside the room; - Practicing nudism; - Drunkenness and aggressive behavior; - Rituals with ayahuasca or similar; - Use of illicit substances. Important: - To check in, it is necessary to send the hosts, in advance, photos of the official photo I.D. cards of all guests. - We have a dog in the house, she is gentle and companionable, we ask that you do not give her any kind of food. - We do not charge a cleaning fee, it is necessary to keep the dishes washed, avoid accumulating garbage and deliver the suite in order at check out. If guests wish, we can recommend a cleaning service with a cleaning lady, with rates ranging from R$80 to R$100. - Any damage to objects or structures in the house must be compensated.
