You'll love our 3/4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home in central Sevenoaks, Kent, with views over the National Trust Knole Park, which can accommodate 8 guests should you require. We welcome you to our home - a new build town house with high end specifications whilst maintaining a homely and bright feel, as well as a lovely patio garden for warmer days (and direct access to Knole Park), this is ideal for families looking for somewhere special to stay. The space Master bedroom - the master bedroom occupies the whole of the top floor, with its apex window masterpiece offering unique vista views over the park. You’ll find a king sized bed, dressing table and a love seat so you can relax and enjoy the views. There is a 5 piece master en-suite comprising a stone bath, a seperate walk in shower, double sinks and a WC. Bedroom 2 - guest room with double bed with views over the park. En-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 - guest room with sofa bed which can either be a single or double. This room is our daughters and has two cots in it (we can remove a cot if preferred). En-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 - This is currently our dedicated working space with 2 stand/sit desks and chairs. We would normally look to lock this room but can make this available on request. (We also have a double air bed to turn this into a fourth bedroom if requested.) The family bathroom is next to the room. Guest access The whole house will be available to use (with the exception of the 4th bedroom/office which we usually lock). Other things to note Whatever you’re looking for, our home is the perfect place to explore from or simply rest, relax and soak up the beautiful views! If you are looking for a relaxing break, enjoy lounging on our Maker and Son sofa (the comfiest sofa in the world!), soak up the sun on the balcony, lounge in the stand alone bath or simply relax in the garden with a glass of champagne over looking the views. With 3 en-suites and a family bathroom, you will find all the modern day comforts. Should you want to stay locally, Sevenoaks town is a 3 minute walk away. Voted as the best place to live in South East England by the Sunday Times, there are many coffee shops, restaurants and beautiful shops to enjoy. For those bringing little ones, head to the play park 2 minutes walk from the house, enjoy the inflatable pool sessions at Sevenoaks Leisure Centre right next door, or enjoy the further afield family activities (Godstone Farm, Bewl Water with its water based activities, Riverhill Gardens to name but a few). The National Trust Knole Park offers the most picturesque walks, cycle trails which you can enjoy with ease given the direct access through the garden gate. For those interested in golf, Knole Park Golf Club is known as Kent’s no 1 inland golf course and is regularly named as one of the top golf courses in England. Slightly further afield you’ll find the Kent Downs with its peaceful woodlands, lavender fields, swathes of bluebell woods; or take the short drive to Ightham Mote or the Greensand Ridge - the latter of which lends its name to a famous local drink. Whatever you do, we know you will love it here. After our move out of London, we feel so lucky to have found somewhere to call home where it feels like a holiday every day, despite have two little ones under two!
