We rent our family home in Artiès, a mountain hamlet at an altitude of 1000 m, 5 minutes from Auzat. The house has 4 bedrooms on 2 floors, a large living room with wood stove, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 2 toilets as well as a patio, a dressing room and electric heating. Fiber with Wi-Fi and TV channels. Bed linen and towels are not included. Cleaning included. Ideal for nature lovers and hikers. Goulier Neige ski resort 20 minutes away. The space New in 2025: ORANGE FIBER-WIFI and TV channels available as well as a PS4 (and a WRC game included). The PS4 can also play DVDs and also has a USB port. Access to the gîte has a sloping access and the gîte has 2 floors, it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. For heating: The gîte is equipped with electric radiators in the living room and all bedrooms as well as a wood-burning stove in the living room. The vacation rental is located near the GR10 route. Many mountain activities are nearby. - downhill skiing and sledding in Goulier. - cross-country skiing on the Beille, - many hikes possible in summer for all levels. - equestrian center 5 minutes away. - via ferrata and climbing in Goulier. - tree climbing course in Vicdessos. - canyoning in the valley. - fishing in lakes or rivers (1st category). - visits to prehistoric caves, prehistoric park (Tarascon) and other sites such as the Lombrives cave, the Labouiche underground river. - visits to towns (Foix), bastides (Mirepoix) and castles (Foix, Montségur, Lordat, Miglos, etc.) - close to the Principality of Andorra (1h20).
