Beautiful summer cottage located by the waterfront in Sande, only 1 hour by car from Oslo. In addition to a private beach with a jetty, there are several beaches nearby, including child-friendly Sandviken only a 5 min walk away. The garden is lush, has good sun conditions all day, no visibility and has panoramic views of the sea. Here there is a lot of bus space for all ages. Access to both a fire pans and a gas grill. The coastal path that goes right past the cabin provides great hiking opportunities in the area. The space About 100 sqm big cabin with about 3 acres of plot. The cabin consists of 3 bedrooms with 6-8 sleeping places: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. - Bedroom 3: 2 120 beds in addition to a sofa that sleeps 2. 1 postable cot available and can be set up in all 3 rooms. 1 large and modern bathroom w/shower in addition to a smaller toilet. Large living and dining room with fireplace and view over the sea. In the garden there are multiple seating areas, both under the roof and on the lawn.
