Come and enjoy our pleasant house and its pretty garden located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, a 15-minute walk to the city center and a 20-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of St. Marine. The space the house is on two levels: on the ground floor a beautiful entrance, large well-equipped kitchen that overlooks the garden and a living room and a dining room as well as toilets. upstairs 3 bedrooms one with a 140 cm bed, another with a 160 cm bed or two 80 cm beds and the third which is our TV room but which we transform into a bedroom with a 90 cm bed if there is a need and we install the TV in the living room. a laundry room in the basement with washing machine and dryer and a garage for bicycles and gardening equipment and garden furniture. at the bottom of the garden a portico with two swings under the pergola a plancha for "barbecue" evenings Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation Other things to note If you have small children we can provide you with a high chair, folding bed etc. There are books, comics and games (sometimes it rains in Brittany!)
